Very Efficient ,This is not my first time using one of these. My first one was like helmet in a sense and it seemed to work very well. you could actually see the light when you removed it from your head, which may not have been. good thing. it had several settings on it as well. This one turns off as soon as I remove it from my head. The fact that it looks like a baseball cap is a lot better than my old one. It has a timer that automatically runs for 30 minutes each time and no particular settings for the level of hair loss that you deal with. The cap isn't heavy at all and fits well. It works well for the top of my crown where the hair loss is but it's not a tight fit and I just don't think this cap would be big head friendly. Other than that, I can't speak on progress because I haven't been using it long enough. Plus I've been using it in combination with a few other things. I'll need more time to determine how well it works but I love it so far. it's convenient because you charge the battery and then plug it into the cap. You don't have to stay tethered to a wall. I Love it.
